Job summary

CINC Systems in the United States is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to lead the design, evolution, and adoption of our internal platform ecosystem. You will drive secure, scalable cloud platforms that empower product teams and improve developer experience across the org.

You will shape platform architecture, establish engineering standards, and advance DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automation while guiding cross‑functional teams through complex hybrid cloud designs and secure networking strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or cloud infra.
• Deep AWS cloud services and cloud‑native architecture expertise.
• Strong hands‑on Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Extensive AWS networking knowledge (VPC, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink).
• Experience designing multi‑account and hybrid networks in AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, evolution, and adoption of internal platform ecosystems.
• Define platform architecture, standards, and golden paths for engineering teams.
• Improve developer experience, reliability, security, and cloud networking foundations.
• Drive IDP adoption across the organization and mentor senior engineers.
• Oversee IaC, CI/CD, and security practices with DevSecOps in mind.
