Job summary

GCS Recruitment seeks an experienced senior software engineer to own platform modules for cabin network management and observability, delivering robust OTA pipelines and fleet telemetry.

You will lead architecture discussions, work with real devices on Linux, and collaborate across avionics, cloud, and embedded teams to ship secure, test-driven software. Strong autonomy and clear documentation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Linux-based development on real devices.
• Strong networking fundamentals: VLANs, routing, QoS, and troubleshooting.
• Experience building or operating OTA/firmware pipelines and device-to-cloud systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core platform modules for cabin network management and observability.
• Build and maintain OTA software lifecycle pipeline with signing, staged rollout, and rollback.
• Develop telemetry and health-monitoring infrastructure for fleet monitoring.
• Integrate software across multiple cabin hardware platforms with portable HALs.
• Create and run unit, integration, and hardware-in-the-loop tests.
• Contribute to interface definitions and architecture decisions; perform design reviews.
