Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Senior Product Owner to bridge long‑term roadmaps with day‑to‑day execution. You will lead cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment, prioritizing APIs, data systems, and network dependencies to deliver valuable features.

You’ll translate strategy into a detailed backlog, define acceptance criteria, and collaborate with Security, Data Architecture, and Compliance to ensure quality, security, and timely deployments using AI‑driven tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 3+ years as Product Owner/PM or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Lean).
• SQL and relational database understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to align APIs, data systems, and network dependencies with business value.
• Translate long-term roadmaps into a prioritized backlog with acceptance criteria.
• Analyze complex interdependencies across APIs, data services, and networking infrastructure.
• Drive velocity and forecast delivery using Agile metrics.
• Coordinate with Security, Data Architecture, and Compliance for impact analysis.
• Oversee acceptance testing and production deployments to ensure quality and security.
• Leverage AI tools to automate user-story creation and documentation.
