EchoStar Corporation in Colorado is seeking a Software Engineering leader to design and build a proprietary automation platform for nationwide network operations. You will drive a roadmap toward AI-driven, self-healing workflows, architect high-concurrency systems with Kafka and microservices, and integrate traditional and generative AI within Kubernetes workloads.

This role requires 8+ years in software or network automation and a BS in a technical field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in Software Engineering or Network Automation.
• 5+ years with Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience with cloud-native, Kubernetes workloads.
• Experience with 5G/Open RAN infrastructures.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable automation software for nationwide scale.
• Advance platform roadmap toward Closed-Loop AI Automation with self-healing workflows.
• Architect high-concurrency, event-driven systems using Kafka and microservices.
• Integrate Traditional and Generative AI within Kubernetes workloads.
• Translate milestones into clear financial impacts and speed to market.
