Job summary

EchoStar Corporation is seeking a Senior Fraud Product Manager to lead the enterprise fraud platform strategy across wireless brands. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle management, cross-functional collaborations, and risk-based product improvements in a dynamic telecom ecosystem.

The role emphasizes evaluating vendor solutions, partnering with business units, and applying AI-driven analytics to detect anomalies and mitigate threats. In-person interviews are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in the Wireless and/or Telecom industries.
• 7+ years of fraud platform development, margin assurance, and integration lifecycle.
• Experience with MVNE, MNO, or PaaS ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Fraud Product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage PRD creation and prioritize features with business partners.
• Oversee fraud platform lifecycle and integrations across Boost, Ting, MVNE, MNO, and PaaS.
• Evaluate external vendor solutions for cost-effective enhancements.
• Leverage AI capabilities to improve anomaly detection and threat mitigation.
