Job summary

OK International, a global manufacturer and part of Dover Corporation, seeks an experienced engineer to drive injection molding processes and tooling development at our Cypress, CA facility. You will lead supplier qualification, audits, and cost-saving initiatives while delivering high-quality products.

BA/BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required. 5–7 years in injection molding with multi-cavity tooling, and a track record of process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in injection molding processes and tooling development.
• Experience with multi-cavity hot and cold runner tooling.
• BA/BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Set supplier quality standards and ensure compliance with our requirements.
• Manage supplier qualifications and alternate material qualifications.
• Lead audits of suppliers and tooling to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop testing protocols to quantify product performance.
• Oversee injection molding processes and tooling development.
• Provide NPI support and design for manufacturability.
