Job summary

OK International, a Dover company, located in Cypress, CA, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead injection molding processes and tooling development. You will manage supplier qualifications, tooling audits, and implement cost-saving projects while driving continuous improvement in product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

The role requires 5–7 years in injection molding and BA/BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in injection molding processes and tooling development.
• Direct involvement in qualifying tooling during molding processes.
• Experience with multi-cavity hot runner/cold runner tooling on 100–400-ton machines.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier qualifications and tooling audits to drive quality and cost improvements.
• Establish testing protocols to quantify product performance.
• Lead injection molding processes and tooling development.
• Support New Product Introduction and design for manufacturing initiatives.
• Communicate project status and ensure deadlines are met.
