IEG Plastics is seeking a Plastic Injection Molding Project Engineer in our Engineering department. This role leads NPI, mold/tooling development, process validation, and continuous improvement to meet customer requirements, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

You will collaborate with customers, tooling suppliers, production, quality, maintenance, purchasing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and stable manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Typically 3–5 years of experience in plastic injection molding, manufacturing engineering, or project engineering.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes, mold construction, tooling design, and plastic materials.
• Experience with new product launches, mold trials, process validation, and troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from concept through tooling development, validation, and production launch.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resources.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and report status to management and customers.
