Job summary

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or Physics or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience or a PhD in EE, Materials Science, Physics or equivalent.
• Experience with SPC and DOE.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own plasma etch development for SAW research and manufacturing.
• Develop recipes; identify and classify defects for dielectric and metal etch.
• Analyze data for etching processes including endpoint and selectivity.
• Design metrology controls and implement for new tech in high-volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with SAW integration engineers to meet project needs.
• Solve problems individually and in teams; support transfer from development to manufacturing.
• Implement process monitoring and metrics for HV manufacturing.
• Support risk management through milestones.
