Responsibilities

• Sustain and improve plasma etch processes to meet safety, quality, cycle time, cost, and yield goals.
• Develop and qualify process recipes for plasma etch operations.
• Analyze process and equipment data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with equipment engineering, manufacturing, metrology, yield, and integration teams.
• Lead characterization activities, run experiments, and manage changes through qualification.
• Provide guidance to technicians and junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement.
