Job summary

Independently propose, design, and test processes per customer and Plasma-Therm requirements, working individually or on project teams with strong internal/external communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in relevant engineering fields with required work experience in plasma process development.
• Minimum three to five years of semiconductor processing experience as specified.
• Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and passport for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Forms detailed plans to achieve project goals in line with equipment capability and timeframe.
• Designs, tests and analyzes processes; assists in equipment modifications to meet specs.
• Prepares technical reports detailing lab results for customers or Plasma-Therm.
• Works effectively in multi-disciplinary teams as a senior engineer.
• Performs client presentations and contributes to technical sales materials.
