Qualifications

  • Experience in plasma etch development for semiconductor devices.
  • Proficient in DOE (design of experiments) to optimize process metrics.
  • Strong statistical data analysis and cross-functional problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize plasma etch processes for advanced devices.
  • Design and execute DOE studies to improve etch rate, selectivity, CD control, profile, defectivity and uniformity.
  • Characterize process performance and establish manufacturing windows.
  • Evaluate new chemistries, hardware, and chamber technologies.
