Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 18+ months experience in a medical/healthcare environment preferred.
• Specialized medical or phlebotomy training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pheresis procedures and plasma collection per SOPs, including donor setup, monitoring and disconnect.
• Perform venipuncture on donors to begin pheresis, following FDA guidelines.
• Monitor donor vein performance and adjust processes to ensure donor safety and product quality.
