Job summary

BioLife in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a donor screener and phlebotomy to assist center operations.

You will greet donors, screen and record vital signs, use the Donor Information System, and coordinate donor compensation while ensuring safety and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring donor safety and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and initiate changes to center processes per procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays to support donors.
