Job summary

BioLife is hiring for a true part-time plasma donor screener in Appleton, WI. The role includes greeting donors, screening, taking vital signs, and using the Donor Information System to maintain records. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days/week, with occasional weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• 1+ year of customer-facing or patient-facing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and initiate changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
