Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support role reporting to the Plasma Center Manager. You will perform donor screening and phlebotomy to support center operations.

Shifts are 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliability and strong customer service are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift
• Evenings, weekends and holidays required
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach above shoulders
• Lifting up to 5 lbs, occasionally 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and hearing
• 90% of tasks require glove wear due to bloodborne pathogens
• 1+ years in customer or patient-facing role is helpful

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety and service
• Screen new and repeat donors, take and record vital signs and finger sticks
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate changes to center processes per approved procedures
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
