Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener and Phlebotomist to join our team in Mount Pleasant, WI. You will greet donors, screen them, record vital signs, and support plasma center operations with precision and care.

Daily tasks include donor screening, using the Donor Information System, and coordinating donor compensation. Expect evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated customer or patient-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to walk/stand for shifts and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring safety and quality.
• Screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the information system.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
