Job summary

BioLife Plasma Center in Dallas is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomist to support center operations. The role offers flexible 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, and is designed to fit a busy life while delivering excellent customer service.

You will greet donors, screen first-time and returning donors, record vital signs, and coordinate donor compensation using our Donor Information System. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to ensure reliable center coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must wear gloves for most tasks due to bloodborne pathogen exposure.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, answer phones and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts, prep records and coordinate donor compensation using the Donor Information System.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement changes per procedures.
• Be available for a range of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
