CertainTeed is seeking a Maintenance and Engineering Manager to lead maintenance foundations, spare parts management, and reliability initiatives across the plant. You will oversee a team including engineers and planners, driving safety, productivity, and cost-effective plant improvements.

The role emphasizes training, capital project planning, and collaboration with plant leadership to sustain manufacturing excellence and on-time customer fulfillment.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Engineering or Operations Management preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
• 10 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• 5+ years of people management experience required.
• Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance, and reliability tools.
• Familiarity with engineering systems and cost-improvement practices.

Aufgaben

• Establish maintenance foundations, inventory control, CMMS asset records and backlog management.
• Design and implement maintenance training programs for associates.
• Develop innovative equipment designs and mechanisms for production efficiency.
• Support manufacturing with machines, buildings, and repairs to meet schedules.
• Lead and develop the maintenance workforce with HR for ongoing skills assessment.
