CapstoneONE Search is representing a Fortune 500 manufacturing organization seeking an Engineering/Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance, Reliability, and CapEx Projects function at a 300+ employee plant.

The role reports to the General Manager and will oversee a department of 50 with 8 direct reports, including Maintenance Supervisors and Engineers, guiding AM/PM schedules and capital improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• Degree is required for consideration.
• 3–5 years of Plant Engineering or Maintenance Leadership experience.
• Experience in high speed/fast paced manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and work cross functionally with others.

Responsabilités

• Ownership of Engineering/Maintenance and Reliability department including skilled trade professionals (Electricians, Multi-Craft Technicians, Machine Repair Technicians).
• Responsible for training and development of staff.
• Responsible for complete AM/PM schedule of all plant capital equipment.
• Manage all external service providers and relationships with contractors.
• Management activities including equipment installations.
• Work cross-functionally with different internal departments.
