Job summary

Antora Energy seeks a Senior Plant Process & Controls Engineer to join the Operations & Maintenance team at the Big Stone City TES facility. The role focuses on maintaining HeatCore modules and balance-of-plant systems, on-site, and translating field learnings into durable product improvements to meet performance metrics.

Qualifications

• B.S. in mechanical, chemical, electrical or related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of field engineering, commissioning, or plant operations experience.
• Experience leading technical troubleshooting from identification to implementation.
• Experience with SCADA/controls systems and interpreting process data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site presence to gain ground-truth knowledge of plant performance.
• Identify and prioritize major field issues and drive verified resolutions.
• Lead end-to-end resolution: scope, design, procure, implement.
• Conduct formal root-cause analysis (RCA) using structured methods.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to feed field learnings into roadmaps.
• Support maintenance with complex corrective/preventive work orders.
• Develop and improve operating procedures based on field experience.
