Job summary

Antora Energy, Inc. is seeking a Process Safety Engineer to build and lead a fit-for-purpose safety program across our thermal energy storage facilities. You will own key elements like PHA, MOC, and PSSR, and partner with engineering, operations, and R&D to embed safety into design, startup, and operation.

You will escalate safety through hazard analyses, design reviews, and incident prevention, while growing Antora's ICS capabilities and safety metrics culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field required.
• Experience implementing OSHA PSM and/or EPA RMP programs.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and design documentation.
• Ability to drive process safety improvements across design, build, and operate phases.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a process safety program adapted from OSHA PSM and EPA RMP.
• Serve as the process safety SME on EH&S team, partnering with engineering, operations, and R&D.
• Own core process safety elements: PHA, MOC, PSSR, operating procedures, PSI.
