Job summary

TalentSource seeks a Senior Utilities Operations / PCS Engineer to lead utility systems, power distribution, and process control across our site. You will work with operations, maintenance, and engineering to improve reliability, safety, and energy efficiency.

The role requires strong electrical/mechanical engineering expertise, DCS/PLC knowledge, and experience managing capital projects from concept to completion. On-site collaboration with multiple teams is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or closely related field.
Experience with industrial utilities, power distribution, process controls, or related manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of DCS/PLC systems and electrical documentation.
Experience leading capital projects from concept through implementation.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for utility systems, power distribution, and facility infrastructure.
Serve as process steward for utility and offsite operations to ensure safe, reliable performance.
Support maintenance, operations and engineering to improve reliability and reduce costs.
Develop and maintain electrical documentation: single-line diagrams, loop drawings, schematics, panel schedules, P&IDs components.
Lead and participate in CIP, MOC, and capital project activities; manage budgets and schedules.
Drive energy management initiatives and monitor energy consumption and performance metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support OT cybersecurity and system audits.
