Qualifications

• Senior operational leader responsible for SHQE, production, maintenance, planning and logistics.
• Experience ensuring OSHA, ISO and regulatory compliance with continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to drive cost reductions and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop site staff to foster a safe, high‑performance culture.
• Direct all site operations including SHQE, production, maintenance, planning and warehousing.
• Ensure product quality and address customer complaints with corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce costs.
• Manage site budgets and capital expenditures; implement cost metrics.
• Set operational goals and participate in strategic planning with senior management.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, contractors and customers for effective operations.
