Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Alabama, LLC-Savannah Plant in South Carolina seeks a Sr. Manager, Plant Manager to lead MSCe manufacturing operations, including production, quality, PCMM, logistics, and maintenance, to achieve SQDCM objectives.

You will drive startup readiness, pilot production, SOP, ramp-up, and capacity expansion while coordinating with HQ, customers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and performance excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• At least 7 years in automotive manufacturing leadership.
• Experience leading plant startup, launches, and ramp-ups.
• Strong knowledge of automotive operations and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations to achieve company goals, production targets, and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement operational strategies for startup, ramp-up, capacity expansion, and long-term growth.
• Lead plant readiness, launch management, equipment installation, commissioning, pilot production, SOP, and ramp-up activities.
• Establish and monitor key metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, Productivity).
• Drive cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
