Hyundai Mobis is seeking a Plant Manager for the MSCe manufacturing facility in South Carolina. The role leads all production, quality, PCMM, logistics and maintenance functions to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive manufacturing experience, including 7 years in leadership in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience leading plant startup, greenfield launch, equipment installation and commissioning, pilot production, SOP, or ramp-up.
• Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing operations, launch management, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and OEM customer requirements.

• Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations to achieve goals, targets, and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies for startup, ramp-up, capacity expansion, and long-term growth.
• Ensure plant readiness, launch management, equipment installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up.
• Set and monitor key metrics for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Productivity.
• Drive cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee quality systems, audits, and customer quality performance.
• Coordinate production planning, material management, logistics, and delivery objectives.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX, cost improvements, and profitability.
• Develop leaders and drive workforce planning and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with MOBIS policies and regulatory requirements.
