Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Alabama, LLC-Savannah Plant is seeking an MES Manager to lead design, deployment, and continuous improvement of MES across its manufacturing sites. You will ensure system stability, oversee integrations with ERP/SCADA/PLC, and drive data-driven production improvements.

The role combines technical leadership with operations management, requiring strong collaboration with Production, IT, Quality, and Engineering to deliver reliable MES performance and standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing Systems / MES.
• Minimum 3 years in SQL usage or DBA-related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES analysis, design, and governance across multiple plants.
• Oversee MES integration with ERP, SCADA, PLC, and automation systems.
• Ensure validation, testing, and readiness before production deployment.
• Lead MES implementation and deployment across manufacturing plants.
• Oversee system uptime, performance, and issue resolution; manage downtime and escalation.
