Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of manufacturing methods, production planning, labor relations, and standard cost/financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Directs manufacture and assembly of products at optimum costs with quality standards.
• Operates and manages to meet scheduled delivery dates with minimal WIP.
• Develops cost, scrap, and rework reduction programs to improve EBIT.
• Controls quality, production cost, inventory, shipping, and receiving through subordinates.
• Coordinates execution of manufacturing schedules based on sales requirements and capacity.
• Oversees maintenance of buildings, machinery, and plant security.
