For our client, we are seeking a Senior Plant Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leadership role will oversee plant operations with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The position will partner closely with functional leaders to drive disciplined execution, strengthen production performance, and support sustainable cost improvements. It will also play an important role in workforce engagement, supply chain coordination, and external representation within the local community.

Location: Corona, CA

Compensation: $221,591 – $270,834 annually
