Job summary

Rivierre Recruit in Corona, CA seeks an experienced operations leader to own the production floor and warehouse, guiding Lean transformation and ensuring safety and quality across two shifts. Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing experience, with time in a production management or plant leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred.
• Available to work on-site 5 days per week in Corona

Responsibilities

• Own the entire production floor and warehousing operation, from raw material mixing through finished product leaving the facility
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles
• Lead, guide, and develop front-line department leads
• Directly manage warehouse, production manager, and planning managers
• Serve as the hands‑on continuous improvement and Lean champion on the floor, driving efficiencies, reducing waste, and improving throughput
• Oversee two shifts, ensuring proper coverage, staffing, and output
• Ensure every department and team member is executing their role and hitting daily production targets
• Partner closely with HR, engineering, continuous improvement, and accounting to keep operations running smoothly
• Uphold safety, quality, and housekeeping standards throughout the plant
