• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent background strongly preferred.

• Experience in industries with strict safety and quality requirements (aerospace, automotive, pharma).
• Demonstrated success leading diverse teams in a continuous‑improvement culture.
• Experience with safety and environmental compliance (OSHA knowledge required).

• Leading and developing both direct and indirect reports across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and EHS
• Overseeing day‑to‑day activities and coordinating all operational functions within the facility
• Driving strategic initiatives, Lean manufacturing efforts, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance performance
• Identifying process improvements, solving complex operational issues, and implementing standardized procedures
