The role requires a Bachelor's degree and multiple years of management and manufacturing experience, with Lean Six Sigma expertise and strong change management skills. Onsite TPM, 5S and standard work will be essential to delivering results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher completed and verified prior to start.
• Three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Five (5) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Certified LSS BB or MBB is a plus.
• Experience in production management and lean manufacturing.

• Active and visible EHS ownership to ensure site compliance and continuous improvement.
• Accountable for strategic planning and budgeting to drive sustainable improvements in factory cost.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles with TPM, 5S and standard work to engage employees.
• Manage supply chain execution and inventory management for performance and responsiveness.
• Represent 3M and engage with key accounts.
