The role demands a minimum of 10 years’ experience in operations management, with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office proficiency. Travel is up to 25% and strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study: Operations Management, Business, Civil Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years work experience.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Travel requirement: 25%.

• Drives strategy execution by overseeing all aggregate operations for CO and UT markets.
