Job summary

Amrize is hiring a Plant Manager for the Aggregate division at Rollag Agg MN. You will lead mining and production to meet dispatch requests, oversee staffing and inventory, and coordinate across departments to ensure safe, cost-efficient operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mining Engineering with 5-7 years of aggregate mining/production experience and proficiency in computer systems; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of mining and production to meet dispatch requests.
• Ensure staffing and inventory control at the plant and coordinate with ops, maintenance, QC.
• Develop mining and production strategies to raise productivity while prioritizing safety.
• Identify operational opportunities to improve efficiency and contain costs.
• Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and ensure fiscal accountability at the plant.
• Participate in safety inspections and maintain compliance with regulations.
