Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Mine Planning Manager to support aggregate operations across multiple US states. The role focuses on mine and geological planning, 3D modeling, and ensuring safe, compliant site development.

You’ll work with regional teams to optimize reserve replacement and project execution. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–10 years in mining planning or geology, with strong communication skills and GIS exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mine Engineering, Geologic Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in mining planning or geology.
• Up-to-date MSHA training a plus; S-K 1300 designation desired.
• 3D mining software experience with Carlson and Maptek Vulcan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mine and geological planning including life-of-mine plans and stripping programs.
• Design and manage drill programs and optimize quarry safety.
• Generate technical illustrations and communicate plans to staff.
• Assist with mine plan reviews and regulatory permit activities.
