Qualifications

• Four-year degree and five years related experience or training.
• Must be an assertive self-starter who can motivate others.
• Experience with GMP and quality initiatives/programs.
• Experience with engineered resins in an injection molding environment.
• Experience with high-precision injection molds and related processes.
• Familiarity reading blueprints for parts and molds.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and participate in safety committees.
• Adjust schedules to assure timely deliveries and adequate staffing.
• Oversee employee selection, assignments, promotions, and discipline.
• Support affirmative action and equal opportunity programs.
• Maintain morale through open communication and problem-solving.
• Lead regular production meetings and cross-functional coordination.
• Facilitate communication between manufacturing and project management.
