Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years management experience required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use math for calculations.
• Mechanical aptitude to ensure equipment is maintained and available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategies, plans and budgets with Operations Manager.
• Control budgets and KPIs; report progress to Operations Manager.
• Coordinate direction to achieve operating objectives and budgets.
• Staff key roles with qualified people and define responsibilities.
• Prioritize scheduling, deadlines, and workflow.
• Retain and develop staff to meet performance targets.
• Provide customer-focused approach for future business development.
• Manage labor requirements, production planning, inventory, and plant modifications.
• Lead by example and build strong relationships with staff.
• Oversee plant setup and tear down and ensure policy compliance.
