Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing Plant Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations including production, quality control, safety, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet production goals and cost targets.
• Lead and develop plant staff, fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, safety, and maintenance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role within manufacturing
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality systems, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
