Job summary

Hire Score LLC seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee a complex, vertically integrated manufacturing operation in the United States. The role drives Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement across production, quality and delivery while leading a high-performing site leadership team.

You will oversee planning, procurement, logistics, inventory and supplier performance, plus support new product introductions and business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex manufacturing operations in a Plant Manager or senior operations leadership role.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement background.
• Experience overseeing production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain functions.
• ERP experience required; SAP preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; technical or engineering background preferred.
• Multi-site manufacturing experience is a plus.

Compensation

• Base salary targeted at $175,000-$195,000 plus annual bonus and long-term incentives.
