Job summary

WM is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across plant equipment and facilities. The role requires diagnosing faults, repairing diverse systems, and ensuring safety programs such as LOTO and confined space are followed.

The position involves on-call responsibilities and strong collaboration with facility leadership. Responsibilities include maintaining autoclave equipment, pumps, boilers, conveyors, and electrical systems, while

Qualifications

4 years of related experience and/or training
Use of forklifts, aerial-lifts, and various rigging equipment in the performance of maintenance activities
Must have experience with LOTO and permit confined space programs related to maintenance activities
High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
Boiler, Welding, or Electrical certification or license
Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) certification
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Performs preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on buildings, grounds, and plant machinery
Performs diagnostics and repairs, on-call for urgent repairs
Maintains equipment such as autoclave systems, pumps, valves, conveyors, boilers, and electrical systems
Takes part in safety programs including LOTO, confined space, and fall protection
Documents work orders in CMMS and orders parts as needed
Maintains inventory of parts and uses procurement systems
Uses Outlook, Word, and Excel for reporting and communication
