WM is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on complex plant systems. You will diagnose equipment, perform repairs, and support safety programs while on call for urgent issues.
The role requires hands-on experience with industrial systems, electrical and mechanical maintenance, and CMMS documentation. Strong safety and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
Competenze
- 4 years of related experience and/or training.
- Experience with forklifts, aerial-lifts, and rigging equipment.
- LOTO and permit confined space programs experience.
Mansioni
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose equipment and perform repairs, with on-call standby for urgent issues.
- Maintain autoclave process equipment, PLCs, HVAC, pumps, and conveyors.
- Operate and maintain electrical, pneumatic, hydraúlic, and plumbing systems.
- Document results in CMMS and ensure safety training is up to date.
