WM is seeking a Senior Plant Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility running smoothly and safely. You’ll maintain balers, conveyors, motors, and related equipment, diagnose issues, and restore operation quickly. You’ll work under the Plant Maintenance Manager and contribute to cost-effective, safe production.

You’ll perform preventive maintenance, manage workloads, and monitor repairs from third parties while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements with or without accommodations.
• Successfully complete pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsabilités

• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and diagnose/repair major equipment.
• Maintain DEI backlog and adjust procedures to production schedules.
• Inspect quality of third-party repairs and recommend improvements.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and work with limited supervision.
• Work nights/weekends as needed and maintain a safe work area.
