Job summary

Electrical Automation Services seeks a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will supervise technicians, manage PM programs, coordinate labor, and minimize downtime while supporting production.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls systems; improve spare parts organization, maintenance documentation, and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems and related safety.
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) programs and compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across daily plant operations.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, work orders, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Coordinate labor scheduling, technician assignments, and weekly payroll approvals.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to equipment failures with urgency.
• Troubleshoot and support mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related issues.
• Improve PM effectiveness, spare parts organization, and maintenance documentation.
• Work with operations and quality teams to improve overall plant performance.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage outside vendors, contractors, and OEM relationships.
• Participate in capital projects and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure OSHA, safety, and regulatory compliance; support PSM programs.
