Job summary

Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage key HR functions at the plant level, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management. The role ensures CBA compliance where applicable and partners with HR Manager to execute priorities and train staff.

You will lead investigations, drive workforce planning, and oversee HRIS, analytics, and payroll-related support while maintaining strong partner relationships with supervisors and employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 5+ years HR experience, preferably in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict resolution, grievance support and culture fostering.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA, CBAs where applicable, and internal HR policies.
• Oversee workforce planning with recruiting and leadership for staffing and onboarding.
• Drive training and development, including leadership programs and compliance training.
• Manage performance cycles for hourly and salaried staff with data analysis and reporting.
• Escalate payroll, compensation, benefits, and leave administration to ensure compliance.
• Lead HR operations, including HRIS, records, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
