Job summary

Hydro Extrusions USA, LLC is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist to lead employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management at a plant level. You will ensure CBA compliance where applicable and partner with managers to implement people strategies.

You will drive training, workforce planning, and HR operations, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits, while promoting a safe, inclusive workplace and compliant with applicable labor laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• English proficiency required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, CLRP or similar certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws (FMLA, OSHA, FLSA, ADA, NLRA), and CBAs.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, and grievance support.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA, EPA, CBAs (where applicable), and internal policies.
• Oversee workforce planning with recruiting and leadership to meet staffing needs.
• Drive training and development initiatives, including leadership development and compliance training.
• Manage performance management cycles for hourly and salaried employees, with data analysis and mentoring.
• Serve as escalation point for payroll, compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
• Lead HR operations, HRIS, KPI reporting, and crossfunctional collaboration.
