Job summary

Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage key HR functions at the plant level, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management, ensuring CBA compliance where applicable. This role supports the HR Manager with priority execution and complex employee relations issues.

The successful candidate will drive training, workforce planning, and onboarding in collaboration with recruiting and leadership, while coordinating payroll, benefits, and HRIS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience, preferably in unionized manufacturing.
• English required; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations efforts, investigations, resolution, and grievance support.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA, EPA, CBAs where applicable, and internal policies.
• Oversee workforce planning and onboarding in partnership with recruiting and leadership.
• Drive training and development, including leadership development and compliance training.
• Manage performance management cycles for hourly and salaried employees with data analysis and reporting.
• Escalate payroll, compensation, benefits, and leave administration as needed.
• Lead HR operations, including HRIS, record management, KPI reporting, and crossfunctional collaboration.
