Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership to Cedar Rapids Plant, partnering with leaders to drive change.
• Develop recruitment, onboarding, and training strategies for production and support teams.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and staffing initiatives.
• Partner with Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, and Change Management on HR initiatives.
• Coach leaders and act as Trusted Advisor across levels of the organization.
