You will lead the execution of HR initiatives, partnering with plant leadership on talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement to drive business results.

As a trusted advisor, you will coach leaders, manage change initiatives, and contribute to a culture of belonging while delivering processes like performance management and data-driven insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HR or business focus preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience with strong communication.
• Proven ability to analyze data, translate into recommendations, and drive results.
