Job summary
Resonac Powdered Metals America in Greensburg, IN, seeks a Senior Plant Equipment Reliability Technician to keep presses, furnaces, conveyors, and robotics running at peak performance. You will troubleshoot 480V motor/drive systems, PLCs, and hydraulic/pneumatic circuits while reading blueprints and performing welding when needed.
Ideal candidates have journeyman certification or equivalent, 5+ years of hands-on maintenance, and a strong safety mindset.
Qualifications
- Journeyman certification or equivalent industrial maintenance background.
- 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Strong electrical diagnostics with PLC familiarity.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation.
- Willingness to work any shift with overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair 480V motor/drive systems, PLC and control circuits.
- Service and diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance routines.
- Repair and sustain automated production equipment: presses, furnaces, conveyors, and robots.
- Read/interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
- Perform welding and fabrication when required.
- Contribute to safety improvements and continuous improvement efforts.
- Respond promptly to unplanned downtime.
