Job summary

Resonac Powdered Metals America in Greensburg, IN, seeks a Senior Plant Equipment Reliability Technician to keep presses, furnaces, conveyors, and robotics running at peak performance. You will troubleshoot 480V motor/drive systems, PLCs, and hydraulic/pneumatic circuits while reading blueprints and performing welding when needed.

Ideal candidates have journeyman certification or equivalent, 5+ years of hands-on maintenance, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certification or equivalent industrial maintenance background.
• 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical diagnostics with PLC familiarity.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation.
• Willingness to work any shift with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair 480V motor/drive systems, PLC and control circuits.
• Service and diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance routines.
• Repair and sustain automated production equipment: presses, furnaces, conveyors, and robots.
• Read/interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Perform welding and fabrication when required.
• Contribute to safety improvements and continuous improvement efforts.
• Respond promptly to unplanned downtime.
